Just thought I would post this here, as not everyone views the Newcomer's board. Check out this post.

And here is the SITE
I am assuming if the poster didn't get Xenocythe's permission that they didn't get anyone elses either. Some of the tut's link to the actual Author's site, but many of them do not including

Xenocythe, Sixty Squares, Manic, Think Digital, Slayer93, TDK_Man, BatVink, Pluto, Bmaczero, diggsey, Zotoaster

And other TGC content including the Newsletter

I'd recommend contacting his webhost directly about the copyright issue, since he did not respond to you twice now.

Sifted through the code, apparently the user's email is jnscox2006@sbcglobal.net. Maybe the mods can look it up. If not, I say we email bomb them! Just sign them up for like 300 newsletters online. It would be great

EDIT: Their MSN name is jands@jandscreations.com. Found that out too.
EDIT: Ah, didn't see the other thread.

The thread zenassem linked to was created by the person who made the site...so you kind of wasted your time

His name is 'pirate'

[EDIT] whoops, got distracted, and then by the time I posted, you noticed

You're joking right? I'm not sure that's ever the right thing to do.

No, I wasn't meaning to suggest anything like that. Just wanted to make others aware, and for authors who weren't asked permission, that they may want to request that their tutorials also be removed from the site.

TGC will decide what course of action they will take with regard to their content.

The person who made the site is a member here, and obviously is a fan of DarkBasic and Game Programming in general. As Xenocythe stated I think the poster had good intentions, it's just that he went about it the wrong way.

[EDIT]
Correction: Poster may no longer be a fan of DB

Quote: "i have removed everything related to darkbasic and this site...i hope this makes you happy...i will no longer support dbpro or any of its material on my site. i will no longer spend my time promoting the product...blitz is better anyway...have a good life...pirate"

I had to lawl, sorry. His last comment was amusing. That's exactly why he an entire shrine of a webpage built for DB right? Because Blitz is better?

No, I would not actually sign him up for 300 newsletters. Lol, it was a joke.
