Does the program run at all after the screen flashes? Or does it just keep flashing until you press f12?

Ever notice how in Microsoft word, the word "microsoft" is auto corrected to be "Microsoft" but "macintosh" just gets the dumb red underline?

hi BN2, yeah it keeps on flashing until i press f12. i thought maybe its something to do with the display setting but i cant work it out. i did get the tunnel game working with no flashing but i had to press esc a couple of times and then i got a error about the sound file.

maybe its vista causing the problems. i downloaded the free trial version of dbpro, i tested it out with a simple "hello world" program, it built ok but failed to launch. i got a error.

i bet i wouldnt had problems using xp.

Sorry for the wait. Didn't see that you had posted. Anyway, check your direct x settings (start->dxdiag.exe) see if it all checks out, it may even be an error with the version.

Actually, I have a Vista desktop and XP laptop and, despite both being retarded they both have the same problem.

Sorry for killing your self-pity.
