Say I code some functions in C++, and embed them into a .dll, does FPSC have some way of calling these functions in the script?

You can if you modify the source and implement a c++ plugin.

Or you could skip the c++ plugin and just make an FPI command to include a dll, have the engine surf the DLL and make a list of all the commands found in it, then from there you could force the FPI portion of FPSC to check for any FPI commands that match the DLL functions and if they do, then have it call them.
