Perhaps I have been sat at my PC for too long.

I have just purchased 14 trees from the game store. Where do i find these files????

They are not appearing in my entities anywhere. I thought they would appear in the user folder but they are not there.

Please.....help

I have no folder called purchased.

This is quite annoying. When i purchased this FPSC, it was a download and of course i installed it.

However....not sure if this is relevant, but.....on the video that is on this website, it mentions going to the FILE menu and selecting preferences, and then you have the choice to login to your game store account. BUT.....I DO NOT have this option at all.

What would you suggest i do now?.... WHERE are the files i purchased and WHY doesnt my copy of this game, have this option?

Is the video on the homepage telling you about the game store, out of date?????

Sorry....but this is really annoying me as I have spent money, and dont see how this works, where are the files, why dont i have the correct options? IS the download link for this software out of date? is the software out of date???

I AM BAFFLED. Please help before I really lose my temper

OH my !!!

After spending many hours trying to re-install....and yes...downloaded the patch several times.....I go away for an hour to have my dinner....and when i get back...its working?!!???!!!

How weird...how strange....must have gremlins....I dont care, as its working now!!!

Sorry and thanks for your posts guys.....I am a little inpatient with certain things, and when i purchase something, i expect it to work....not work, after a fashion and a song and dance!!!
