I have read the fps hints and tips that is available for download
followed the instructions to import from fragmotion to milkshape 3d, and i used entity maker that is also available for download on the fps website. The model appears fine when i test the game, but the gun is pointing and shooting backwards.

Could someone help me on how to correct this problem, i need the gun to point at me (the player).

Also i have noticed that when i import the model to Milkshape 3d, the backwards perspective is the front perspective and visa versa. Could this be part of the problem, that the model is not in he right perspective to begin with? Or am i doing something wrong in the entity maker (which i thought was pretty straight forward??))

try rotating it 180 degrees on the y axis.
