Couple of possible problems:
1. You don't have the latest fpsc update.
2. You didn't copy the gun textures into the built game.

It doesn't matter what it looks like in test game, you need to copy the files over in a built game.

If you use an old version of FPSC before v1.06 (can't remember the version where this was fixed, for sure), you need to manually copy over weapon textures because FPSC won't collect all the needed textures. If using MPs 9 or 10, there are readmes in each of the gamecore\guns directories explaining which files need to be copied.
