looks ok, a tip would be to not use the real picture of the gun as a texture, it never turns out the right way, plus making your own texture just....just feels better.
Also, are you sure thats milkshape? cuz that doesnt look like the milkshape background and im alomst posotive you cant change the background on milkshape

Using pictures for guns you that you get off the internet is never a good idea, because it infringes on copyright.

That screen has some advert for some offensive pimp game covering your picture(now it's a jc penny ad,I guess its an ad that changes. seriously I can't even see your model).I would reccomend you not use their hosting.You could just simply post the picture on this forum in jpg form.

the model itself is a bit better but i don't download it

Hate to say this, but the gun looks transparent. I can see the ground through almost all parts of the gun in your screenie.

you need to change the transparency in milkshape 3d on your 3d model, then save it again, and make the .x file again

right click to find that menu
