I'm making a series of mini games, one of which consists of players navigating a mine field to reach a house. Now I need to figure out how to make random squares of the field explode. Any ideas?

Set up all of the mines that can potentially be spawned. Give them all different names. Have a script that randomly activates each mine. that makes them spawn.

I'll leave it up to you to decide how you want to make them explode. (HINT: It's been answered tons of times before, you should MAYBE search for it)
