Guys,

Confused with this. When you add an new entity, I now notice that with X10 there is a Add new Poster facility under the USER section, but when creating a new poster, it doesnt show up in the list?....Have i missed something so basic, i am blind to it, or does this function...actually....doesnt work???

I have searched and someone else posted about this, but never got a reply and of course, as it was back in June, I cant now post accordingly...hence this new post.

Please help

You have to be Running FPS Creator x10 in Admin mode to get it to work...

OR you can disable the UAC (User Access Control) in windows vista so you don't have run as an admin all the time. ( Also disabling UAC make it a lot easir to work with custom media for you project)

Hope this helps

The editor needs to write to the install director and Windows Vista will not allow that with UAC turned on. Right click on the shortcut and go to the properties and change it so it runs as administrator.

Here is the user poster as it should show up in the editor once you create it.

Got the poster working after a reinstallation with UAC turned off on Vista.

However...see other post, where the NEW GAME menu item is still missing.

Havent a clue what to do to fix this.
