FPSC Classic Models and Media / Using TGC textures

To make my segments fit in better with content from FPSC, I was wondering whether I can legally sample from the textures that come with FPSC and then sell the segments.

Usually, I'd assume this was a big no, but since FPSC doesn't have a commercial license, everything is presumably ours to edit/manipulate and distribute.

Is it OK to do this?

You'd be better off asking TGC themselves directly, they'll give you a definite answer.

To be honest, I can't see why TGC are so cautious about their textures. FPS Creator is just a small program by a small company. Bethesda, who made Oblivion, don't care if someone uses their Oblivion textures or meshes and redistribute them in a mod.

I would also like to ask, If it is ok to Re-texture a character (Re texturing the german soldier to japanese is what i want to do) and sell them (or give away, i dont mind)?
