Okay, so it's almost time to get my new computer, but I'm concerned as to which Operating System I should get. Obviously Vista, but I don't know if i should get the 32-bit or 64-bit. The last remaining factor in helping me decide is if the 64-bit will run FPSC X10 and Photoshop CS4, so my question is obviously, will FPS Creator X10 run on the 64 bit just as well as the 32 bit?

Okay. This helps a lot. And one more question. Did you notice any difference in performance?

Well I guess that would differ with PC specs. In my case running dual video cards and juiced with ram I did not see much difference. Ran good on both.

I have 64 Bit Vista and FPS Creator x10 works like a charm.
I don't have the other program you mentioned, but I have a bunch of other programs which work great

many 32 bit programs work, but many programs have a 64 bit version.
And those which are high rated programs such as the one you mentioned.

I would choose a 64 bit instead of 32 bit as 64 bit is much more powerful than 32 bit and will allow you to have 8 GB of ram.

The more the better

Make sure you have a Direct X10 computer, or FPS Creator wont work at all.

As long as i have Vista, i have DX10 right? or does it have to do with the video card, which in this case is the GeForce 9600 512 MB

It has to do with the video card. And I know you are fine as I had the 9600 512 MB card and it ran OK with mine, also on Vista 64.

Well it's both. Vista gives you DX10, but the GPU will let you actually use it. And yes, the 9600 is adequate, it supports X10.

Yea, 512 is enough. If you've got vista, a decent processor and a DX10 graphics card, then you should be good. I have a 512mb 8500, and while it stutters when there's too much stuff on-screen, it handles X10 well enough.

I'd venture to say the one i'm getting is slightly better.

get 32 bit fps creator x10 maybe able to run on 64 bit, but some programs can't run on it, so if there the same which I guess there not 32 bit is better.

I have several programs on Vista 64 Bit, and they all work ''FPS Creator X10 inlclued''

It is only a matter of time until 64 Bit will be the leading platform says Invidia and Radion.

All well known programs for making games work as I can tell.
Several games work to, both old and new ones.
