FPS Creator X10 / demo??

hey all, i just wanted to check if i can run fpscX10 and downloaded a demo(at least i tought so)
but when i start the demo i only see an vid
does that mean i can run it or don't???

sorry for my bad english (i am dutch)

i searched at google on fps creator x10 demo and than i get an techdemo but it only shows a vid by me

edit:
oh no wait sorry, in the tech demo you can test out a few thins; soft shadowing, effects, and another thing do as i can test it out does that mean my pc supports X10???

sorry for my bad english (i am dutch)
