Screenie I made this just to mess with model bashers, you know who you are.

My computer beat me at chess, but I sure beat it at kickboxing.

I guess me? Well, no offense heltor, but I never bashed any of your models, considering most of the time you wanted me to bump up your threads with C&C, and you did say to be truthful. Nice model, like I said ages ago. But next time if you disagree with a statement say so instead of sending me hate mails and starting hate threads.

I don't think anyone here has a clue what we're talking about.

Best.

Only thing I can find on clackers is a popular 70's toy that students started beating eachother with

lol. Clackers are handheld devices used to generate electricity for igniting the fuses on claymores, Meteorite. I almost bought one off ebay a few years back but instead bought a couple used AT-4 tubes

I have no idea where that quote is from but is it about seeing the trip flares/chem light going off indicating the enemy is within the claymore zone but soldier on perimeter can't find his clacker? Sounds like from a movie or something... One I'm sure I've seen a hundred times but can't remember.

There is a test device that hooks up to the claymore's clacker; it tests the circuit. If it's good then you see a small orange light...you test it 3 times.

It's good polygon wise, but you should maybe try spending more time on the UVMap, there is a lot of wasted texture space there.

Just a suggestion...

It IS an excellent model but.. Arent the legs making it a little high off the ground?
It's like: Walking through a street in Iraq or somwhere, you see that and say "ooh, what a lovely green puppy" :

ITs kinda.... Noticable

@Paul112 I agree I'm not great with textures, I worry about streching them I could maximise space better.

@Benny Boy 2321 you have a point I always thought that to I guess that why they taught us to camouflage them when we deploy them.

My computer beat me at chess, but I sure beat it at kickboxing.

I hope your not implying(metaphorically) that I am at glance nice, and friendly etc but when you come to meet me I'll explode in your face.(Killing you or mortally wounding you)

That wouldn't be good now would it?

...if memory serves, not terribly.

Gotta remember. Those legs are blade-like for a reason. Most often, they'd be used to position the mine, and stuck down into the ground, to hold it securely in place.

Wouldn't want any of our deadly mines to move around on us. Now, would we?

It's high off the ground for aiming purposes, though that point seems rather moot when you realize what it does. LOL
