I downloaded entity and decal from fps free, but I don't know how to get them to FPSC! Please help me...

Did you get them from the store? If so, they should already be in there. Go to your Entities library and it should show up.

I make myself cry sometimes, then I tell myself to suck it up, but I never listen and end up cursing me out.

Read the readme file or license that comes with the content. If none, put the content in the proper folders within FPSC. If all that fails, contact the creator of the content.

Also read the stickies. I think someone did a tutorial on putting in content or what goes in what folder.
