I have a number of 3D DXF files I need to use in DB and need to convert them to .3ds or similar. What is the best software to do this ? I have tried crossroads but that only works some of the time.

Any help greatly appreicated.

well its debateable... DXF files are a few tempermental format because its not real 3D.

try 3dsmax/milkshape/wings3d/windows 3d converter/etc...
there are tonnes around, just pick the one you prefer
