Couple of things.

1. Is there an error that is returned?
1b. What is that error?

2. Do you have UAC turned On or Off?
2b. Are you running the install in Administrator Mode?

3. What Video Card are you using? (Make and Model)

yes whenever i try to test the game an erour comes up forcing it to shut down the erour isan unexpexting eoure has came needing to shut down the windoe
