I dont have a clue i have read the License agreement but i still dont no.Could some please tell me if i am aloud??"
Well, let's take a look at the license again...
Quote: "The products may be used Royalty Free:
1) For personal or commercial use.
2) For advertising or promotional use.
3) For website or in any electronic devices.
4) In broadcast, multimedia, video games or animation.
(in as many applications as necessary)
5) In books or magazines.
6) The products may be modified for individual style and appearance.
"
#6 clearly says that we can modify the models.
So, YES! You can edit it.
However, let's look at what the license says you can't do...
Quote: "
You are not permitted to:
1) Market, distribute, give, transfer, sell or sublicense the products in any format with the exception of a compiled application such as a video game. If the products are used in a compiled application then the following rules must be strictly followed:
a) The products must be a part of the compiled program.
(files should not be accessible in their native formats (.3ds, .max, .X, .FBX, .dts etc. ) from your program folder)
b) Every possible attempt should be made to protect the products from theft by using resource encryption or some other form of concealment.
(basic archive encryption will suffice)
c) The products must exist only within the program code and may not be rebuilt on a user's computer hard drive from the compiled binary.
d) Every attempt should be made to protect the products from copyright infringement. This includes the methods mentioned in line 1-b but should also include any resources you have at your disposal.
2) sell or distribute the modified products in any format except as part of a compiled application (See line 1 above for compilation terms). "
The only way you can distribute it is if it is in an EXE and not in its native format.
So, you will need to wrap your games.
This particular model is not that complicated in design and a similar item could be created from scratch.
Then it would be your own creation and you could do whatever you want with it.
So, I would suggest making your own model, then you can write your own license.
Quote: "Dont you like this would go allright with model pack 19???"
Yeah, it looks like a bumper car and would be cool with MP19.
The idea of having the characters' torsos added to the mesh would be interesting too.
