These are my first re-textures. i didnt do much, i only gave some
parts an other colour. The first step for me is to manipulate things (i am a beginner i have to start somewhere) and the 2nd step
is to create things. I hope you like them!!

I'm pretty sure Coffee Grunt is right Higgins.
I think they do have to be a complete re-texture.
Re-distributing any of the FPSC media is not allowed without written permission, except for in your games you make. (models or textures, etc)

@ SanXL
Send an email to Rick and ask him if they are ok.
He can clear it up and tell you exactly what the policy is, and whether or not these can be given out.

That is not correct. If that were true, I could make copies of anything, as long as I gave them away for free.

In many cases, you will find that the owner of the models is more than happy for you to make partial retextures for free distribution, as it promotes their model. However, you must get their permission.

But Lee has said numerous times that as long as you do not sell them, partial modifications of stock media is allowed to be redistributed.
