Hello, I have decided that I'd like to learn to make my on video games typically I'd like making different models etc. I was wondering if some of you could tell me some of the things I'll need to get a jump start on creating and some things I'll need to research to get an understanding of creating games. Any help would be appreciated.

There are 3 stickies at the top of this forum which are all relevant. This includes the one that explains why titles such as "Beginner here" won't help you to get the answers you are looking for!

thx for the replies Ive been using a little blender over the last couple days very neat program. I wish I new all the functions of it so I could get some good use out of it.
