ok here is my idea and i do'n't know where to post this but i think this is the best place since i think its great for plys mod,

so listen up,
it may take a lot of work but what if you make animations for getting the last shot in the shoulder/knee/belly/etc.
and then make one destroy script,
so if the enemy has 10 health left, and you wil shoot him in the right shoulder for instance then his right shoulder goes a little back and then he just falls and the same thing for other places,
then you will just have an little sort of ragdoll or can't this be done in anyway with X9
(p.s. It was just an idea)

You would need to give the characters hitboxes and as far as I know that isn't possible.

but i think that you have to wait very long for it

well if you look at the way lee talks about the migration in the v1.14 beta forum it sounds like its coming towards Christmas. Like in one of his post he said "Ill finish the V1.14 with the perfection of the xbox 360 controller any other hard coding and big fixes will be in the migration."

the problem with your idea maikyy is that there would be no way to tell where the bullet hits the character.

maybe something to put in ply's mod,
i'm sure he can does that.
but if the migration isn't that far away it is useless

I have been in touch with lee about the migration and FPSC updates after V1.14 he said he will be starting the migration the reason fro V1.14 is to get a stable base before starting to add new features i would guess he will start it about march 2009

Heres whats happening from what i have been told from various sources

DarkBasic Pro Update
FPSC V1.14
Dark Physics
FPSC Migration
FPSC X10

Your idea wont work with the current engine as it uses hit boxes that cant be done with out a huge source modification.

Source code will hopefully be released; this needs to be in Ply's Mod!
