am I right in my belief that when creating a console application you cannot use the DarkGDK namespace.
For example when using a windows form application I can use the command
DarkGDK.Camera.DefaultCamera.ColorBackdrop(Color.BlueViolet)
But if I want to achieve the same in a console app I must use the command
oDBCamera.BackdropColor(&H8A2BE2)
Maybe I'm wrong, but if that is the case you lose all of the nice functionality of the .net classes.
If this is true, ithis something that could be addressed in the future?
EDIT - I have since discovered the you can use the command
DarkGDK.Engine.InitializeGDK()
to get around this. However I'm not sure how to emulate the DBPro windowed fullscreen mode. I'm working on it.
EDIT - This code seems to do it.
DarkGDK.Engine.InitializeGDK()
DarkGDK.Display.SetDisplayMode(1024, 768, 32)
oDBDisplay.SetWindowOff()
Now trying to stop the console appearing when I start up the application.
