He was talking about models and alternative textures so I do not understand your confusion.
I'm sure most people here do not need to know what the alternative meaning yet in their lives, so please don't go there.

Sorry, but the alt texture command does not work for characters.
However, I've been thinking about a work around for that using duplicated meshes and an animated scaling technique.
Aplying the technique to just THE head instead of the whole body would be an easier way to do the tests.
I'll wait for Bond's pack and then go to work on that work around on this
creature.
I'll post my result here in the forums if I ever achieve any success for that work around.

The hairlessness of the body and THE head reminds me of the creatures in that movie. (they were not Zombies either, but still creepy)
The bulging veins reminds of them also. (I wish I could texture a tenth as good as you can)
