Ok well after a days work i have some up with pretty realistic water. Not as good as efx mod or x10 but pretty good for x9. So here it is and be sure to read the directions.

Features
Air system-every 30 seconds under water the player looses 10 health.
Bobbling objects-objects like crates bobble up and down in the water.
Under-under water hud.
jump-your character jumps higher

The top of the water uses dark hazards water wasser which can be found here http://www.dark-hazard.de.tc/

Pictures will be posted in a minute. Video tomorrow.

license
No restrictions use as you want.

Any request? tell me ill try and add it.

...hey, that's nice.

Now, I better understand the bobbing effect that you were asking about, in the other thread...

this would work good with CG's current system.

I saw that thread too, but before I could suggest the weapon glow I saw that it had already been suggested.
I had my suspicions that he was working on water.
Nice work.
Thanks

Very nice! It's always good to see someone who takes matters into their own hands and gets the job done.

change the plrdistwithin to plrwithinzone=1 and the plrdistfurther change it to plrwithinzone=0 and it will work when you step into the trigger zone.

And i will try for slower movements later.

Well jesper yes and no. The box does bobble up and down in the water but thats where it has to spawn (in the water) you can't just throw a box in the water and it will start working. But the way i have it does look pretty cool.

Hopefully...

Odd, I always found that the Floatrate command removed collision, I need to test this out...

I could try and adapt this for Ply's Mod users if you want Hockeykid?

I downloaded this yesterday, and make some edits in it, including entities will rotate... That looks very realistic. So, i made some change to it, and it's perfect for my new game project.

...Jesper, could you share the edits that you made with board?

Information of that sort would be very beneficial...

Can you change the color of the water? It's too blue. Then it would be perfect!
