I just got the cartoon pack. It is quite good. I am thrilled about being able to make a fun game for my 5 year old Grandson.

I just wanted to let people know. I will post a few in-game screen shots in this thread. Others are welcome to do the same.

Thanks Flatlander.

I pre-ordered this thing when I first saw it, and forgot about it after waiting for the release.
Think I'll go download it now.

Thanks for the reminder.

It's really superb. FPSC just makes it look bad, but the quality is really good.

Patience Scraggle. I will. Just don't have any yet. I think the buildings look pretty good. Maybe not as good as yours TechNo VaLLey but if you go to the store and look at Steve-Paul's stuff you will see the quality. He has some of the cartoon buildings there. I had purchased all of the medieval buildings. He has in game screen shots and I think the polys as well. However, I'll have larger screen shots --- eventually.

Thanks a lot F l a t l a n d e r for your compliment. I really appreciate this.

I was not comparing to my game I was just asking about in game quality. such as collision for example.

Anyway, thanks again for your feedback and waiting for your screenshots.

Happy Holidays

Hey, if this pack is for kids, that's fine..

The majority of them dont give a crap about the graphics, as long as it's fun with no lag, they're ok.

I am not completely sure about collision. I have noticed one thing when I did a quick check of the characters and buildings. I noticed you can put the player in the corridors of the castle (not textured for that scenario but good enough for kids) the characters will go right through the outside walls of the castle to the inner part. The player has collision it seems from the outside and from the inside. One can take advantage of the characters doing that however. It's just that there is no sanctuary for the player inside the castle?

@Aaagreen

Yes you said that this pack is for kids and specially because it is for kids you have to pay attention for collisions to avoid if the FP character is stucked if it passes through walls if it falls down etc ...

@F l a t l a n d e r
Thanks for the info
