Dudemanking, no offence but,

You are the rudest, most annoying person on this forum to date. You requested a crossbow, darimc gave you one. You then insulted him, and carried on requesting one.

Modelling is a diffucult task. No-one likes to give QUALITY models out for free, so you constantly putting down anything that is free and not of quality is just plain ignorant.

Why not make your own crossbow? In fact, why not try doing lots of the stuff you keep demanding for help with by yourself. I mean, you are never going to learn if everything gets handed to you on a silver platter. So do what everyone else did before the internet, use some initiative and THINK.

Only thing I consider rude in this is your ignorance. Help is asking for tips or advice not getting others to do what you want for you.

Why can't people understand this, its pathetic really. I don't usually get involved in pathetic arguments like this but this one has really annoyed me. Someone saying that a Mod is rude for doing his job is uncalled for especially when the person saying it far more rude. Listen here dudemanking you need t learn this board doesn't tolerate attitude like yours and also doesn't accept requests that cannot be justified. People will gladly help you but will not do the work for you so make sure tht your request for "help" is wanting help and not for people to waste their own time on what you want.

You are missing the point. I read the thread, and from the limited information you have given us, the problem CANNOT be resolved. As such, you will have to try to fix it yourself. It will be a good lesson in problem solving, or do they not teach that in schools these days...

Yes I did, and I have barely any idea what the problem is, or how to fix it.

Basically, you should not have taken up that project, there is no way you'll have it presentable in 2-3 weeks without having any prior experience.

You will have to try again when you fully understand that this software isn't a toy (even though it may be marketed as one), and is in fact incredibly difficult to master. Sure, the whole segment plonking and weapon placing is a few button clicks, but somebody has to expend a LOT of effort in making the aforementioned things.

If all else fails, I would strongly suggest you get something like a medieval DOOM game (which would probably be free) and mod that or something. In fact, you could probably make a dead simple one from scratch by just taking a picture of your hand holding a sword and cut it out in photoshop or something.

How do you put a note in the level that wen you close to it you see a close up of it and your able to see whats written on it

Well then dont expect so much from others then i havnt been round the models and media forum for a while but when i saw this i thought how rude you cant go around insulting people mate you have even done it here. Your other post something about a school project we dont want to help you because all you can do is insult us for our efforts. Why dont you reinstall FPSC and then try again maybe next time you will have better luck and if it does go bad dont come back here with that attitude because we dont like it.

They all work fine i ave bought all the errant AI weapons and no problems it may be your pc or your version of FPSC make sure you have the newest version and if that dont work then reinstall it and try again

You can make the picture of the note in paint or whatever you use. Save it as a .jpg

Place it in the Fps Creator Videobank.

"FPS Creator\Files\videobank"

Then place a story zone where ever you want the note, change the default video to the image of your note. You can get rid of the audio if you want, or even put your own in.

hmmm...maybe its a problem with the enemy's. They are free, so let me download them and I will test them.

Assuming you haven't messed with the settings I'd say it's because your using FPS free.

I suggest (as you have time) you choose something different for your report. School isn't meant to be fun and anything that is generally gets rubbish marks. Choose something boring instead.

Holy Cow! Thats like 200 bucks!

As for the problem, I can't figure it out. They all work fine for me... Sorry I couldn't help you. I think everyone is right though. Its probably because your using Fps Creator Free. There was an update a while back that allowed your enemy's to have more bones. I think that may be the problem. Fps Creator Free doesn't have that feature. Though im not sure. I would just suggest you upgrade.
