That would make a great video tutorial.
All you are doing is making the edge of the image what used to be the middle.
That way they line up with each other seamlessly.
The old seam that is now in the middle gets brushed out or blended. (sometimes a paste over with another image)
TADA seamless
1) Divide the image into quadrants.
2) Reposition the quadrants to opposite locations.
So the top left one goes in the bottom right, etc.
3) Brush out the remaining seams that are now in the middle of the image.
Now your image will be seamless when tiled.
Post Script
Sometimes the wall images can be cut in half instead of doing the quadrants. (when not stacked)
So the left half would be relocated to the right and vise versa.
It's the same thing as the quads, but we don't need to make the tops and bottoms line up for a one story wall, just the sides.
