Thanks Cosmic Prophet!
A list of free stuff is always nice.
One's on the list that I already have...

Google's Sketchup

Planetside Terragen (Free, but I paid for the commercial license)
Ones that look interesting ...
Ztools - Nice looking program, but I already have FragMOTION and MilkShape 3D.
SOFTIMAGE|XSI Experience - I bet that has some really good info in there. ( I know at least one person who could benefit from that one

)
Discreet gmax - Oops thats no good .... " As of October 6, 2005, Autodesk will no longer offer Gmax® software as a stand-alone product. If you are interested in other 3D animation, modeling, and rendering applications from Autodesk please check out Autodesk® 3ds Max® software." ... definitely not free!
Blender - This has to be good because I have heard alot of people recommend it.
3DPlants.com - These looks really nice, and free for commercial use. (this is a good one)
Alot of the links were dead or were so old they had redirects.
One site I came across that looks cool is ....
www.sharecg.com (it was a redirect for lithunwrap)
That site looks great for free resources.
It seems like there are various rights retained by the authors though.
Usage Rights Defined:
All rights reserved: You may not download or use this work or file. It is present on the website for display purposes only. If you wish to gain rights to the file, you must make an effort to contact the uploader and ask for specific permission.
Non-commercial use only: The displayed work or file cannot be used or modified and then used as a part of any venture or production that has the purpose of making a profit. It is likely the uploader intended the work or file to be used for educational or hobby-related uses only.
Limited use with credits: You may use this work or file in any way as long as you credit the original author of the work or file. This means that if the work is used in a film or movie, it should be credited along with the other accredited parties. If it is used in a final work of art, the author of the work or file needs to be credited in a way so that any person viewing the artwork would also naturally see the credits. In all other cases, use common sense and your best efforts to credit the author. If you do not know the actual name of the author, you may use their ShareCG username.
Unrestricted use: You may use the work or file for any purpose. You are not required to credit the author, although doing so would still likely be appreciated.
So, only the ones with unrestricted use would appeal to me.
It is still a great resource though. (model section has over 4,000)
I want to expand on the SOFTIMAGE|XSI Experience one.
Here is a straight link to the FREE
SOFTIMAGE|XSI Mod Tool .
"The Mod Tool is a free version of XSI for non commercial game creation."
It may be only for non-commercial uses, but it is quite nice.
"With Mod Tool, you can create original games for PC and Xbox 360 using XNA..."
I've never made an Xbox 360 game before!
I guess I will need an Xbox 360 first.
Actually, this is another one of those things demanding a lot of coding, so I will skip it for now since I don't want to learn another language.
