is there a way to have overlays on a wall? as i have some good blood overlays abd they look good on the floor but so i can get some good dead body scenes i need it to look like they were shot (blood on the wall) the collapsed (blood on the floor)and if they are dead sitting against the wall then blood behind them would also be good. if anyone could help i would realy appriciate it.

Can't you just rotate the overlay using the 1 - 6 keys?

Best.

Be careful when rotating overlays for walls, some can only be seen from one side and can easily get lost within your level. Many a times I've misplaced a blood overlay because it's invisible from one side and is only 1 pixel wide when it's edge on in the editor therefore making it very hard to spot.

...to save the hassle and aggrevation, I'd just take the time to create custom vertical 90◦ copies of the decals you plan to use, throughout your game.

With some basic additions/modification to the .fpe files, the clones should work very consistantly for you...

that's a good idea there SanXL! i never would have thought of that. That method also saves on the amount of entities FPSC has to render. Cool!
