I have recently read and tried to implement the flashlight script into my game (the one made available in fpsc community's user manual - made by s4real and others).

I have searched the forum's for how to implement the script into my game - however I have only found one post regarding this and the person on the post said you had to use triggers.

They did not say how.

Does anybody have a STEP BY STEP tutorial of how to impliment the flashlight script into a game (which box o0f which object etc).

As I say, I have searched the forums already and not fround what I was after.

Thank you if anybody is able to help,

Chris.

Make a dynamic light in your level, anywhere, doesnt matter. Give it's main script as the flashlight script. Check the script to figure out where to place the huds and sounds. Once the huds and sounds are in the correct place, and you have the fl script in the dynamic light, just run the game, and press the appropriate button (or whatever is needed)

*slap!*
Quiet yourself, think before posting, and maybe you won't be as ignorant as you seem.
