Steps to make a broken door.

1. Create a door segment.

2. Edit the door segment and make the attached entitie's, spawn life 0.

3. Create another door entity (not segment!), and position it so it looks like the door has been partialy opened.

4. Make the door static.

5. Make a cool scene in the room behind it.(Just screaming for destroyed and burning room)

When you have the screen set up for the picture you want to take, press CTRL + Prt Scrn (the button to the right of F12). That takes a 'picture' of your current computer screen. Then, you can paste it into Paint, and save it as a JPG image.

Why change the spawn life? Just delete it completely...

Press delete when you're viewing it's properties.

Did you save the image as a .jpg Gears?
If you did then its probably this computer not letting me see the screenie :
