I know you're all sick of me but please don't abandon me yet.

1: is the DD format something I have to export my textures as, or does the computer make a copy of it to said format?

2: is there a way to spawn an enemy with the full shader effects on? because when I do it, the guy's invisable.

3: when making an overlay (in this case,a blood splat) do I NEED to make a BIN file for it? if so, how?

and yes, I = noob.
thanks.

1) I believe the texture format your referring to is "DDS". Its best to directly export to DDS, but if you export a TGA file, FPSC will automatically create a dds for you.

2) I haven't worked with shaders much so i cant be of much help.

3) You dont need to make DIN files for anything, FPSC automatically creates them.

thank you bull. incedently, you wouldn't happen to know of a tut on how to MAKE your own overlays, would you?
--edit--
so wait, to make yor own overlay, it's as easy as make the texture, write the script, and put it in the apprpreit files?
