Please, could you stop posting 3D chat posts in the FPSC boards? Post questions not related to FPSC in 3D chat.

.dds is better. smaller file sizes and loads better in-game.

You haven't put the textures file name into the .fpe file. next to where it says textured = put in the name of the texture.

e.g

textured = chesstable.dds

what is your textures file name? have you typed in the exact file name of your texture in the .fpe file?

If you have all I can think of your doing wrong is not doing the UV mapping correctly.

I've had this issue before, and it was to do with the materials assigned to the object. If you have more than one material assigned to the mesh when you export, it doesn't seem to work in FPSC.

I found that when I had this problem in milkshape, and as butterfingers stated, I just deleted all the material data before exporting to .x, then just assigned textures in the .fpe and presto no more white models.

it's frustrating spending a couple hours importing then exporting then shuffling around textures trying to figure out what happened, but don't give up. Once the awnser was clear I made a note and hung it on a clipboard above my monitor for future reference.
