I just want to know how to turn off Reflection Mapping?
For effiency i am only turning it on when the object is near the camera....but I cant figure out the command to turn it off :p

I don't think there's a way, expect if you have DBpro and patch 5 public beta. this beta introduces a new command wich turns every mapping efects off from the specified object. Otherwise, I don't know if there's a way, but there may be and if is I'm sure someone will help you.

If you were to use the camera to image command you could texure the object with the image, then tell it not to use that texture when you cant see the object. Or i believe if you used a shader you could turn that off.
