Ok well i need some help with making my enemy strafe I've been trying to get this to work all day. here i what i have tried.




But it didn't work the enemy just did a bunch of different animations and rotated different ways

There must be a reason why you are not using the stock strafe.fpi in the people folder?

Addendum

Actually there are 3 of them strafe, strafeforward, and, strafebackward.

their is a reason which shall be kept secret till later but i took a look at strafe.fpi and its basically the same thing i did(as far as i can tell)

I figured there was a reason. But how do you expect any help if you can't explain what it is you're looking to do?

OK, I notice you are not going to use the "useweapon" Apparently you don't want the character to be shooting at the player and just strafing??

Make life a little easier and use FPI Editpad for your sctripting needs.

Quick note:

Your state 8 checks for "frameatend=4" but you used incframe=3... shouldn't it be "frameatend=3"?
