FPS Creator X10 / Textures not loading when building test game?

when i try and load up a test game on FPSCX10 it will get an error when it says
"Saving textures 99%" (or something ill try and get a screenshot once that computer is avalible. I cant remmeber what the error box says )
Then it freezes and shuts down.
Anyone know what's wrong or how to fix it?

Some Stats would help. I think I know the problem but I can't confirm yet.
