when i try to test my game a error comes saying "the application has encountered a problem and needs to close. if the problem persist, please upload your fpm level to the fpsc bugs forum, along with a description of the steps required reproduce the problem and a jpg screenshot of screen displaying the problem" and i dont know what to do

That's what you're supposed to do.Please use the FPSC Bug Reports forum to post errors.
