I need to know If I can make these scripts possible.

Can you:
1) Make an enemy walk from waypoint to waypoint while shooting, then after x amount of health, jump up on a stack of boxes and fire on the player from there?
2) Make an enemy fly around (as if it had a jetpack) without making an invisible or glass floor?

I have no clue how to do the second script, but for the first I think I have to combine the 'pace10.fpi' script and any standard firing script then tell it to go to something (maybe a light turned off?), so that may take some experimentation. can anyone confirm this?

Thank you for taking time to answer my questions.

as for the tutorial here's a link: The best guide ever and the stickies at the top of the board would be a good place to look too.

1) somewhat. I don't think you could have the enemy jump up on a box but i could be wrong on that one.
2) possibly. I've never really tried it but maybe someone will...

Great! I still need to know if I can get an enemy to jump on a box, but I'll set to work on script 1.
