I believe this MIGHT be possible with ply's mod, but if you mean changing the tex then nope. It would only be possible by changing the model, which may not be possible. I have heard of entity position commands in ply's, but I don't know how they work. Have you actually completed this yourself?

Using Ply's Mod, it is possible to spawn an entity at the moment you want the entity to "change" and reposition it to that entity. Once the entity is repositioned, you can destroy the original, making ti look like it changed into a new entity.
