Newcomers DBPro Corner / Upgrade problem

i have just gotten my darkGame studio package and installed the full version of dbpro and now when i try to run my project the background is white, its like cls and ink arent working...

please tell me whats wrong with it

well this is the code that isnt working for me..



it is meant to draw a black background with white stars but the background is also white, i have tried changing the rgb values but it doesnt change...
