I am think about upgradeing to DBpro and so i downloaded the Demo to see how its like. I programed a simple matrix and a sphere, and displayed the FPS and it was 0 to 1 FPS. I also try opening up the project that came with it (face/skull demo) and that too ran extreamly slow (0-1FPS) How is this possible? DBC works fine.

Im sure DBPro is not like this but i want to make sure it runs properly before i buy it.

Thx

You need to be using DX9 for DBPro - just in case you aren't.

Try following simple example and tell us your fps. Please try the different 'settings', i.e. full screen exclusive, windowed, e.t.c.

I think the demo is a very earily verision, like patch 2, it doesn't do DBPro justice. with patch 4.1 the face demo runs at about 30 fps on my 1 gig computer with a generic v.card.

Wierd, i transphered the demo to my other computer and it works fine altho that computer is slower than the other one, one other thing, i tryed opening my old projects from DBC and when i try to compile and run the demo has trouble loading the media from that project.

DBP requires a project file that manages the DBC code and all its media into one package.
