To take the players health when he shoots a civilian, you can use the condition SHOTDAMAGE=X and the action PLRSUBHEALTH=X.

Add a line to the civilians FPE file....

:shotdamge=1:plrsubhealth=100

or whatever value you want to subtract from the players health for shooting the civilian."

But Where should i put it? plz explain in detail. Please! Please! I need u guys help. And i am in a quick!

(I have posted it already on FPSC Chat but no one gives me answer in detail, So i thought that this is related to Script. That is why!)

How to delete your own post?)

Nice

How can I amend the 'passive' or 'follow' scripts to make a civilian attack you if you shoot them but otherwise stick to their idle animations / following a waypoint?

I'm guessing I'd use a similar fix as above but have it in a condition that goes to the attack state if shotdamage=1. Can someone upload an example so I can where in the passive script I would implement this as an example?

Thanks

I think the easiest way would be to add:

:SHOTDAMAGE=1:SHOOTPLR

anywhere in the file, or just add SHOOTPLR to one one the existing SHOTDAMAGE=1 lines. Once SHOOTPLR is encountered, it will run the shoot script you specified in the characters properties.

Best.

where should i put it? ex- main script

I had opened Notepad, entered (state=0,shotdamage=1:plraddhealth=-10), then saved it as civilian.fpi in the script bank folder. Now, how to use it?
