ok so my problem is I've modified a model to my needs (in ms3d if that matters) now I've even run it through entity workshop and it showed up alright however..now I mount it onto fpsc and it takes ages to load when I test game it has gun and shadow but model at all (invisible cuz I can colide with it) whats wrong ppl?

Maybe you forgot to assign the texture in Milkshape 3d, when you load your character in ms3d and then load the texture, sometimes it looks like is textured on screen but unless you click on the assign button it will not do it, then your character in fpsc looks like yours with only the the shadow and gun floating and moving around.

humm nope I did assign the material to the guy and saw it textured in texture mode it reallly doesnt work.

I hope you figure it out and can reproduce the effect. Save a backup of "the ghost" character. If you don't mind, can you send me the file to look at? Would this effect occur if all the normals were inverted?

what, was he spawned? because that exact same thing happened to me when I tried to spawn a guy with the full shader FX on.

I can see the lil shadow
@ Brian
now my character shows up (I re-exported from ms3d with diferent settings) however it shows up silver. :S

anybody knows how to fix this thing/has anyone had this silver problem b4? and yes I did add the texture to a material in ms3d then selected the group assigned and watched if all was fine in texture mode ...and it was..but in fpsc its silver

and guys thanks for the help!

change appear 1 to appear 2
this will cause the charicter to fade in and prevent it from being invisible.

try raising it a little bit above the floor or make sure there is collision

it is a segment you are trying to get the enemy to walk on, right?
