FPS Creator X10 / What the heck is "Ghost Run"

I was fooling around in X10 with the "effects" levels and came across Ghost run.fpm What is it anyway?

Ghost Run Markers are renamed enemy safe zones that when you build a game and add a command to the setup.ini will move you along on a set of paths defined by the ghost run markers. So basically it moves you on a "tour" of the map when you play the game.

don't know. why don't you try it out and test run it. It might have your answer. I know all the .fpm are the maps you make or that came with the engine.. but being under the effect part it has to do with one of the features that x10 can do might be cool or just something you already knew.

Ghost run i think is where you can move anywhere in the level you are just a camera its very useful for taking videos but not sure as i havnt tried it just run it and see thats usually what helps you learn things

Ghost run is where the game take control of the camera and moves by finding the markers.

You cannot move the camera at all. The markers control how the camera moves and which direction it points.

In the final build game add this to the setup.ini: ghostrun=1
