why isn't the dot made by DarkGDK.Basic2D.Drawing.Dot where it supposed to be ?

It is where it is supposed to be. Where it is supposed to be just isn't what you were expecting...

OK, my question wasn't very smart. But maybe you can tell me why the Dot made by DarkGDK.Basic2D.Drawing.Dot(300, 50);
isn't in 300/50 ?

Because you are using a GDK viewport with a client size which differs from the display resolution. If the display is 1024x768 and yet the viewport is only 512x384, then a dot drawn at 100,100 in DBPro coordinates will come out at 50,50 in screen coordinates.
