Hi guys,

another scripting question. I dont know, if there is a action for what I would like to do. Is it possible, that I decrease the playerspeed with plrspeed= when the player walks through a triggerzone?

Hope you can help me

Is there a possibility to do this without Ply's Mod? Because I don't use it...

No, it has to be in Ply's Mod.

Some people say that I'm crazy... And I agree.
USE PLY'S MOD!

First off There is a way to do this without ply's mod. I was just being selfless and keeping it for myself, but now I think that you all should know.

WARNING!!! : This work around my cause glitching where the player will freeze to one spot.

Now the code is simple,

This snippet of code creates a feel that the player has slowed down. Change certain variables, such as the random variables, to make him slower.

And as an add-on note: I used this snippet in hockeykid's water script to slow the player down under water, in other words it works.

Does it work?

I can't texture. I'm not an artist.
