Is there a way to temporarily disable mouse control without just hiding it(like HIDE MOUSE)? Don't worry it's for a game, no malicious intent(as if that could do much against the improved Windows operating systems anyway)

If there is no direct command to do this, how would you go about producing this effect?

Do we all have to put stupid jokes here?

No direct command as far as I know, but you can use POSITION MOUSE to keep putting the mouse in the same location.
