No it wouldn't. Old images become public domain, plus I don't think Hitler owns any copyright. LOL.

It's illegal in Germany to produce a game that has any mention of swatstikas, Hitler, Nazis, or similair 1940s propaganda. TGC sells their products to Germany. Therefore, it is against the rules to post anything relating to Nazis.
