Okay... I'm very new to DarkBasic, i have used other langagues before... but not this... alright, so i'm working on my first project in this langauge, as i stumple on a problem, i was trying to use the box command, like this:

Now... it draws the box.. the only problem is, it's drawn beneath the sprites... so now i'm trying to find a way, to tell Darkbasic, to change the "Layers" and draw it above the sprite, but i can't find any :S

Try using "Draw Sprites Last" command ( I can't remember the exact syntax, but it'll be in the Help Section ). That'll draw the the sprites to the screen last and so they will be in front of any 3d objects.

Impossible? Anything is impossible. 48'6F'77'20'64'61'72'65'20'79'6F'75'20'77'6F'72'6B'20'6F'75'74'20'6D'79'20'73'69'67'21

You don't seem to understand the problem... the sprites are drawn lsat... the problem is i can't make the box go in front of hte sprites... it all goes prefectly in front of the 3D, but the box goes behind all the sprites.....

Lol yeah, the last thing drawn is the thing that will be displayed.

Try Draw Sprites First...

Also you should note that Sprites actually use the 3D engine, Lee Bamber wrote somewhere that that's why you'll notice the screen go blue when you start using them, if you have no background.

Also you're posting in the forum for people to show off their tips and code. You should post this in the Newcomers' area. We're all glad to help, just this isn't the right spot to post questions.
