I am currently coding a FPS multiplayer game in DarkGDK. I am willing to make the source code available to anyone who is coding their own game and needs a little help.

Completed:
Host/Client Position and Bullet Communications
Object collision
Bullet Ray cast
Respawn in random locations

Need to do:
Model characters - (currently box object)
Model weapons - (no modeled weapons);
Create more levels - (3 levels completed);
Ability to pick up new weapons - (not implemented)
Code Mini Map - (currently a static image)
Health - (currently its one hit kill)

That HUD is gorgeous Just wondering what is up with the circle of light on the wall, is that a lighting issue?

Thanks Tom,

What you're seeing is the character on a hill, in front of him is lower ground, which is tunneled, and an archway to get in/out. I'll upload a beta when I'm ready to allow users to connect to my host. (my pc) =p

This looks great, and it's very generous of you to offer the source to people who need help with DarkGDK. I for one would love to see that.

Keep up the good work.

I will publish more screenshots either later today or tomorrow. I will release the source code when I have it functioning a little better. (Both the client and host).

I am trying to implement player messaging right now, and having some difficulty.

It's been awhile since I last posted, and I apologize. I'm a web designer and been HEAVILY swamped with work lately. For the next two-six months I will be working solely on web sites and have no time for this project. As promised I will supply the source code, for those who are interested.

Hopes this helps some users! =) Raycasting, collision, networking, arrays, variables, object positioning, etc... =)
