FPS Creator X10 / Test Game/Build Game Problem

Everyone time I try to test or build even a simple level in single or multiplayer mode I get this error (attachted).

PC Specs:
Window Vista Home Premium
Intel Core Duo P8400 2.26 GHz Processor
Nvidia 9800M GT Graphics Card
4 gig RAM

Did you try reinstalling? Did you install DirectX 10? Your pc specs meet the criteria, so they're the only two things I can think of.

I tryed reinstalling didn't work but im going to make sure I have the newest direct X version installed. I dont think its that so if anyone has any other suggestion please help me out.

Just try installing DX10 from the FPSCX10 launcher.
